How much do I need to purchase to become a part of the Essentially Balanced Community?
You can purchase one essential oil or an essential oil kit. It is totally up to you and your goals. If you need support determining what you need, email me at info@holisticluminary.com and share with me what your goals are or why you'd like to get started with essential oils and I can give you suggestions.
Do I need to purchase essential oils or other products every month?
No, you are not required to order every month. You are in control of your dōTERRA membership. Order what you want, when you want to.
Is there a renewal fee every year?
Yes. For this first year you receive free membership through my specific link. After a year, if you decide you want to continue to purchase products through dōTERRA, there will be a yearly renewal fee of $25. However, you also receive a free peppermint essential oil for this renewal which is valued at $27. Essentially, it is like you are receiving your membership for free.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are unhappy with your purchase, dōTERRA offers a 30 day return policy. If the product is opened you will receive a 90% credit or 100% product credit. If the purchase is unopened, you will receive a 100% refund or 100% product credit.
Do I have to pay extra to access the community and other resources?
No. As long as you made a purchase through our specific link (links to Stacy Stehle, founder of Holistic Luminary) you will have access to all that Essentially Balanced has to offer.
